There have been lots of great resources and information on this forum recently showing how to make money from submitting videos to YouTube.

I am looking to follow this path to promote some adult eBooks I am giving away for free.

The sourcing of videos to use appears to be the biggest issue. A few ideas.

1. Purchased content - I purchased the rights to a number of porno videos and have edited them - generally using the first 20-60 seconds before the girlie gets too naked - added my URL as a watermark and a full page "ad" for my eBook at the end. This is fine but would work out quite expensive in the long term if you wanted 100's of videos.

2. Reusing current YouTube content - this seems to be the method suggested by several people on this forum. It takes a while to find content that doesn't already have a watermark in and you never know whether you will get some sort of legal comeback if you use the wrong content.

3. Content from other sites - someone suggested using camtasia to record short videos from cam sites such as livejasmin.com - again you have possible legal issues with using this content.

Questions for anyone already in this niche...

Is there anything you should and should not do when choosing a video to edit and re-upload ?
Any good place to grab videos that are less likely to attract unwanted attention from lawyers ?
Any place to purchase rights to large number of short armature "sexy" videos ?

One further suggestion I read recently - not sure if it was here or on another forum was to upload a set of good videos and then promote your site/eBook or whatever from your YouTube channel.

Any other suggestions on ways to go would be appreciated

Anybody got the list of most popular searches in YouTube? I saw it somewhere like few weeks ago but for some reason didn't grab it

1. that is too expensive
2. it is too time consuming, i wasted yesterday a few hours just to get some good vids, you could outsource this for a few bucks or just drop it
3. nobody will hunt you down for this, thy will get your videos removed and your accounts banned, thats all

what can you do is get a digital cam and record some babes shakin their ass, dancing sexy, maybe your female friends help you or pay some girls to do it...

i use this method and in first 2 weeks of uploading I got llots of visitors and my domain parking company almonst banned me....

My yyoutube account is banned and that sucks

I dont know why you freak out over videos you take from their site and resubmit heh...

2 reasons why I wouldn't worry:

1.The videos you take originally are probably already copyrighted anyways (for example show clips, music videos, sports , news etc etc)

2.The boys with the copyrights don't wanna go after somebody they can probably only get 5k from whilst they can go after a well known Google and get 500k

Just wondered if you have considered these sites for royalty-free video clips

or search royalty free video in google.

If you purchased some of these and then added your url to the clip at the beginnig or at the end video, before uploading to youtube, that might send you traffic... plus remember to put your keywords in the title and tags of the youtube video?

oh, and another idea might be to type your markets' keywords in youtube, browse the videos there and see what other marketers are doing?

I'm sure it correlates well with normal search engine searches. You gotta think "google" is one of the most searched keywords. These idiots search for GOOGLE at GOOGLE. I wouldn't expect the variance between normal SE searches and youtube searches to be too big. Maybe just more specific to videos is all.

i use small europe countries social sites to grab good videos with i can use how i want Youtube never delete them because they are unique.
also i could suggest make some funny videos yourself in sites like jibjab.com

Just sign up to be an affiliate at one of the larger companys (bangbros,traffic cash gold, meatcash, brazzers) and use their clips of the girls before they are naked and watermark with your site. I think it may be a little shady to do it if your not promoting their content on your site but Im sure the worst that would happen is youtube takes them offline.

They kill alot of my accounts on there, but when videos stick they really bring me alot of traffic.

Yea also I would like to mention is that the sales will come over time.

It's not like CL where the sales come in almost instantly. I posted a video on youtube that "stuck". It brought very little actual traffic but brought 3 sales over a 6 month period. Multiply that times 1,000 and youre doing well. Just a lot of work.

let me reinterate a bit, most adult places will give you $35 per sale

so 6 months 1,000 videos to stick, ill lowball and say you get %20 of your videos to stick (granted youre being smart, making new accounts, not too agressive and not showing too much)

So you need 1,000 vids to stick to make roughly $35,000

If you assume 1 out of 5 videos will stick you have to upload 27 new vids a day, which once you have a good system down wouldn't be too hard. Just food for thought, $35,000 in 6 months aint bad by any means.

Finally I can share a bit with people on the forum.
I started 3 month ago promoting webcam sites (ifriends) from youtube.
So far I did more than 800$
I am grabbing content from ifriends, uploading them, creating a website per girl.
I use h**p://w3.yout**ubekey**words.com to get a list of good keywords.

Use something automated. Eventually, they will all get shut down, but you save time.

Youtube does not distinct between accounts created automatically and those created manually-unless you do comment spam.

selling porn on youtube is the wrong application,
since the internet is flooded with free porn.

Kind of like trying to sell snow cones at the north pole.

A decent method to find the sexy girl flicks... Find some of the lower class webcam sites, fire up camtasia, grab a clip of the chick for as long as it will show you the G-Rated version, cut the clip up into 20 second intervals, watermark them, bam...

They will probably get deleted by you*tube eventually... But they will make you decent views.

Just don't go to the bigger places and grab the cam chicks... The sh!ttier places work better.
