It looks like that to me as well but in some countries the decimal separator is a dot, and thus the thousand separator is a comma. It reverses in other countries. To me it reads as 20 likes.

Also I'd advice some of you to get your facts right before posting random bullshit, looks like there are professional providers who can deliver more than 1k or, anyway, more than what you think it's "the max", and I didnt need Chuck Norris for this.
