Global Domains International is a company that sells .ws domains and hosting. They have an MLM type compensation plan put into place where every person you get to sign up under you, you get $1 a month 5 levels deep. Its possible to make 1,000s passively, just very difficult.

Let me explain GDI and my review:

I've seen most of these videos and what not so I decided to join not under anyone's affiliate link but through the main website and see what this was. Supposedly it was free for 7 days and you could make $1/monthly for every person you brought in and every person they brought in down 5 different levels.

Well, this sounded like a pretty nice opportunity to make some nice extra cash and plus they offer bonus payouts for every 5 people you bring in. So I signed up, got one of those domains or whatever and then I started promoting them. Either A: They were stiffing me on traffic or B: I just plain can't count.. I started noticing that some of my hits weren't registering so I had a friend sign up and one of his friend's sign up and alas.. 24 hours later they didn't register.. I tried to contact support but they're about as useless as Dell. *no offense ;P*

Stay way from MLM.. period.. I've dealt with 10s of companies that do MLM and the support for each and everyone of them is HORRIBLE on support and most of them stiff you or at least try to.. the training and guides they provide is a joke.. just stay away from any type of MLM.. Period.

The problem with GDI is you almost have to market it to mlm people.

the hosting is worthless if you want to run any kind of script, last I checked you could not set up a blog on your site.

You can sign up and then redirect to real hosting if you want, but why would you want to spend $10 a month for a domain.

Now, I do know people that make a nice living from gdi, some of them have brought their downline from another system over to them.

there are effective ways to promote GDI, but most are one on one chatting on instant messanger.

disclaimer: although i mention many negative things, i am a member and have made money from the system.

GDI is by far the greatest MLM program to ever walk the face of the earth. But yea they're hosting is not that great which is why they offer such a great residual program and bonus program. I use them for the money ofcourse and getting sign ups is not that hard when you give people a reason to sign up with them. Some people do cancel out though. say you refer in 26 people for $500 that week. And 2 cancel out within the 7 day trial, you only get $400 for 24 signups. Usually out of about 20-25 signups, 2-3 people cancel.

I market primarily on youtube and social sites. All free traffic, so it is just a few hours of my time to keep everything rolling and rack in free cash.

imo GDI is the best MLM especially if you refer in some people that can get signups! I know people making 5 figures a month from GDI.

I know there are some people here that can get amazing traffic to any of their sites. It is really for people that are good at affiliate marketing. But getting signups isn't hard and its not only targeted for mlm searchers. A lot of people that signup are people who lost their jobs or looking for extra cash. So with all the job losses, its a great time to jump into it!

Dang didnt know GDI pay that much. How much does it cost you and stuff to join GDI?

It costs $10 after your free 7 day trial and then just $10 a month after that.

It is definitely possible. I have been doing it for about 5 months and have made some nice cash weekly and monthly. i signed up and by the time I had to pay the $10 at the end of my 7 day trial I had made $400. For $10 a month I had to try it...glad I did now.

Can you sign up GDI with fake info? Like your real name and address?

So true. When i first started IM, everyone started promoting GDI, and..ermm I kind of bought into it too. then I read the training guides provided, promo tools, and everything, it just sucked big time.

So withing 12 hours, I cancelled.

because you don't know what you are doing I help everyone in my downline make money their first week. Pm me if you want to sign up No BS I can even place people in your downline easy.

man GDI seems like you need to actually teach people to make money or else they will quit after the first week so i might just stick back with my ringtone stuff

stay away from dell my friend, I have 2 dell laptops and a desktop and theyre always giving problems, one of the laptops are dead now cant even get it to stay on because the plug in back is slack and the other is giving the same symptoms.

donjuan, thanks for warning! I will review my views Where are your Dells made? Dells sold here are made in Ireland. Well I am between Sony and Dell. Good Sony models are at unreasonably high price. I think no need to buy at such a high price because in an year any model becomes obsolescent.

If anyone is looking for a an effective guide to marketing GDI and getting high conversions, let me know, I have created my own marketing system and sales funnel to get people into GDI and get those $100 bonuses.

Ive just canceled my account.... Never realy had the time to promote this, or I think my heart wasnt in it after signing up and trying to get a good .ws domain only to find that most of the good names had been taken.... GDI's been round for sometime now and I think its a little over crouded for the newbies.... In saying that, its a proven method in which people are make some good money....

GDI will be the bomb for a really long time. And I think your wrong about the domain names been taken, I can think of 3 domain names that are all money makers for search engines. Thats too bad you gave up on it. Maybe you need a new fresh way to promote it thats all. Anyhow good luck.

GDI has a great potential and it is going to grow in the next years. The domain name industry is exploding, plus that every day new and new people are looking for a legit online business opportunity. and GDI is reliable and still being one of the best online business opportunities out there.

Another thing that I have noticed, is a higher interest level towards GDI since the economical crisis. It seems that people are looking for something that they could rely on.

GDI is offering the chance to make a nice residual monthly income with them. You only have to do the work once and you will be paid month after month. That is one of the things why I love being a GDI member!

I was introduced GDI by Spider web Marketing . Thats what they said first 'free' but later charge my CC. Paid your comission for every 5 person who signup. After 9 months I quit coz from my oppinion it worthless. Just another Leads program. Believe me it just a scam.

How can a free to join program for 7 days suck and its only 10 bucks a month once you get 10 members in your downline it pays for itself. Most people don't want to pay lots of money to start making money. Chances are if they are looking for a way to make money online they either have little or no money. But again, this is coming from a member with a GDI link in his signature. When someone is trying to sell you something, don't take what they say at face value.

For the amount of work you have to put in, the returns are very low. There are thousands of better business opportunities than this one.
