Change the payout to 10 and you will get some likes..

Yeah, you have to have max payment or you'll never get anything unfortunately. However it can still be cheaper than buying a youtube likes service, if you buy bulk credits

it is set to 10 only

The likes always worked well for me, but I receive like 1/10 of the likes they supposedly sent.

Are you recieving likes now also ?

I think the problem is only temporary.

Most views will show up on YouTube after a few days.
