is there clickable text on videos?

i'm not sure but i thought i seen a discussion about videos that could be made to be clicked on instead of the person typing out the url.

is that possable and is the software here or the name of it? thanks.

You can add annotations, it is a feature on YouTube. However you can only link it to other YouTube Channels/Videos. There's no other way to make a clickable link in the video to go to a outside URL.
