Comments tool?

Is there a YOutube tool that just does comments?

I do not have multiple accounts to do that.
I just need some good comments done then shut down the comments.

I tried this software and it worked for a lil while, after that it wouldn't do anything but stall. It seems like it would have been good at one point, since it would rate, subscribe and favorite all at once. but the program desperately needs an update. I'm now using Tubebooster and for $97 it's a good software with no problems.
