After a few bad experience(less than 10 views during two months).I finally created a video getting more than 300 views in 2 hours and around 700 views in 5 days.
But the video only bring 20 visitors to my site with the content locker statistics and,NO convertion.
I've placed the url in the beginning and last line of the description.Do you guys have some efficient way to get 50% or more visitors of the video to my site?

It is a number game. You need more videos. 20 visitors from one video is not bad, now upload 200-2000. You can add annotations or just a screen in the videos, which call for action "click in the blue link in the description to get bla bla". You know what i mean.
