How to get started ?

hello guys i've been wanting to know more about YT views , traffic etc.
im a complete noob when it comes to this . is there any tutorials ? steps ?
on what should i do first ? any help or advice would be very much appreciated

Just read all threads of Making Money > Youtube. Social Marketing is learning by doing, there arent any step by step guides (in other words, they suck).
