Well there is some methods out here, that will apply for the french and germany market. You could add subtitles.

I believe you can publish Music Clips' videos. This is working fine.

Or videos about soccer, movies introduction, interview of stars with subtitles.

It depends what your niche is. I don't really know any was just a suggestion.

When posting on the forums you should always have a few posts before you start linking to videos. That way it looks less obvious. Build it up slowly on each forum and be sure to include your link in the signature.

Buy fb status updates on large fan pages of that country.
