Hello everyone! I've been reading posts on these forums for a few weeks now, and I really appreciate all the great info! Until now I haven't actually needed to post, but I couldn't quite find my answer for this question....

Basically, I get a lot of traffic towards "soft porn" videos that I upload to youtube daily. I initially did it to try and link people to my music video from there, but now I'm thinking about making some coin if possible...

I know adult material is a big no no with adsense, but where do they draw the line?

I was thinking of just making the youtube video seem sexually appealing, without having any adult text or content. That would still attract a lot of views, and hopefully wouldn't breach any terms. I actually saw someone on these forums giving a similar example of a video entitled "Look what Alicia can do ", or something similar. Then in the actual video, I would just upload images of attractive girls, clothed, from google images...

Will this idea fly with adsense do you think? Do you think I would get busted on copyright for a couple of unknown pics from google images? And do you think adsense or youtube will class this as adult?

It definitely wont work ! You dont own the rights for the images. If you want to monetize a video you have to make sure you have all the rights or have written permission to use them. And then again, you wont get a invite to monetize a ''video'' with pictures. Thats not good content and also you will probably get your video flagged because of misleading title, viewers will expect to see what the respective girl can do, instead you offer them some crappy slideshow. This is a big NO !

Cheers for the reply. Getting the account monetised is no problem. I have loads already, and can get more quickly.

Do you think I will really get pulled up for some random images of google images? I know I don't own them, but isn't it highly unlikely that the people who own them will see it? And isn't it also unlikely that anyone who doesn't own them will complain either?

The misleading title is a bit more tricky... I guess if I try to make not too misleading, and still give them some pics of hot girls, they shouldn't be disappointed enough to flag it?

If I were you I'd try something different. Tineye can find where an image is displayed. If someone finds their image on your Youtube post and get's pissed your fucked.

I think there are a few channels on youtube which post funny animal pictures. But they probably get the pictures submitted through a website and have permission to use them. Either way, if those pictures have no watermark they will probably stay on youtube forever. Funny animal pictures is actually pretty good content which can be monetized. But when it comes to soft porn, if you find pictures of girls which are not watermarked there is still the chance to get your account disabled. I uploaded the beginning of porn movies which were hot but not sexually explicit, around 2 or 3 minutes. I got permission from an important porn site to use their material on youtube because I was doing that for my affiliate programm. My account was disabled after 3 months and videos were removed. I think that happened because the video were watermarked with a porn website and because I had the links to the website in my video description.

My opinion is that you might have a chance to go with hot un-watermarked pictures but when adsense will wish to pay you they will check your channel and could disable your moentization and probably ban your adsense. Try to offer different content, like find some real hot girls and make interviews, of course if you have money.

As a last resort method upload movie trailers, contact studios and get a written permision to monetize their trailers on youtube. This might work too. Good luck !

I Think there nothing wrong with "sexy" pic slideshow if YOU own them. try to add contact to the video to make him "alive" and give it a try... i had videos with 100k LEGIT views that was "sexualy contact" removed becouse 1 secound of girl in swiming suite so i'm not sure... if you will be flagged a lot it will end by a soft ban as trustedfire9 said

I've been doing it for 2 years, been paid everytime, got banned about 6 months and reopened a new account. getting paid every time again since

The only thing is CPC in entertainment niche is shitty, so you need to uploads xxx vids to start earning 10-20 bucks everyday
