Ive only been making money on YT for just under 3 weeks with the skills and knowledge ive learned from here.

This is what ive managed so far, in just under 3 weeks. (see pics)..

Woooow just goes to show if you choose the right niche and follow a few small steps it can work.

Not realy. Just want to show that it can be done in a short time period if done correctly.

It was all genuine views and subs, no dodgy views from software etc.

I want to inspire other people to also go and take action to make money on YT

I'm interested to know what techniques OP has been using as well. Saying to read the forum is all well and good, but OP says he's got legit viewers and subscribers. Most of the threads in this section of the forum seem to be about mass uploaders, video scrapers and viewbots. Yes, I realize the name of this forum, but those threads aren't useful for gaining insight into OP's method.

just simple SEO and very very very good Niche. Simple as that.

I upload just 3 videos per channel and I now have 3 channels. Im building a community of peeople on each channel so dont want to go spamming them with loads of videos. Due to the nich and subject of the videos people will talk about them and thumbs up without me having to do anything. I have a video go viral for the first time over the weekend. I have over 100,000 views in 2 days. Which made me over £250 in adsense earnings!

I just started with Adsense as well yesterday i made £2.50 in like 2hours haha not much but oh well :P

Also care to tell me how you get people to click your ads or is it just the subs ?

whats the best way to scale up? I have 3 channels already and its hard to manage them all

Channel 1 has around 60 videos
channel 2 has around 95 videos
Channel 3 has around 30 videos

Im currently uploading about 2 or 3 videos per day per channel.

Ive thought about setting up a Zazzle store to sell priducts relating to my niche to my viewers. T-shorts, mugs etc. But do you think people will get p*ssed with seeing my trying to push them?

Any other ideas?
