Does anyone have experience with setting up an offshore company & bank account to send their adsense/Youtube earnings too?

Would I need to create a new adsense account or can I easily change my payment details to a different account in another country?

Also as it would be a business name how do I change my Adsense account to a business one, rather than personal?
