My comment has more thumbs up than other but it isn't at the top yet?

I am rating my own comments manually by keep changing to a VPN than open private browsing and login into a YT acc of mine and rate my comment, but when I got like 8 likes and the top comment has 5 it doesn't beat the comment that has 5 likes, what's the problem? Are my YT accounts blacklisted?

Either your accounts or the IPs... can be both. Have it ever worked before? If so, you've just done it too many times.

all i can think of is that your account(s) could have been flagged since your using VPN and no bots

Okay, so how'd I fix this? Because I can't create anymore accounts, I ran out of phone verification thingies and I can't buy YT accounts since I don't have any money at the moment.

Do you know how to bypass the SMS/phone verification? I tried searching, and I came across a virtual mobile number but it costs money and I don't have money.

Nope, I know there are people selling PVA accounts around here on fiverr. But not too sure how reliable they are. :[
