First of all - no, I don't mind, I still have thousands of views more each video (all organic). I just find it hilarious that someone rips my videos with the exact tags and description, and only changes the download link and adds "free download" to title

On a serious note, why am I ranked first with 7,000+ views, and the guy with 12,000+ views if only fifth?

I did the same thing when I used to rip peoples videos. Programs like MVB have the feature of keeping the same titles/tags/desc etc. on all the videos you rip, while being able to add things to them. It would be very time consuming to rip hundreds of videos and come up with different titles/tags on all of them.

Age,likes,favs, all of those may be playing a part in you ranking over him.
