Anyone know what that blackhat email script is that captures the user email on the CPA page, and sends the user to the offer they intended to submit to?

What do you mean blackhat script? Just create a squeeze page and then setup aweber to redirect to the offer after submit.

Yeah there's that way where you set up your own landing page. But I wanted to use the Clickbank offer page or CPA landing page and collect the email from there.
