just a quick question,
if I am the first one to upload for example a product review from a blogger to youtube, am I the owner? or can I get into trouble for that?

If you "wrote" the content then it's yours.

Shebaaahm... Then I might have hacked the internet...
Thnx, the "content" will be automated stuff with my links in it obviously![]()
well no I don't think stuff you scrape from somewhere else and then upload is yours, just because you UL'ed it. You should at least do a spin to a certain level of uniqueness. Then it becomes your original content.

Whoever made it is the owner, unless you buy the rights for it. now you could claim fair use but if you don't actually understand fair use great enough, you could be stuck in shit one day.
