Sorry if i am posting in the wrong section(I hope i am not).
What i am looking for is for a program tha will download videos from varius(mainly youtube) video sites and upload them to my youtube account. Both procedures automated. Preferably free or a trial until i start making some money.

I don't think there is a free option for that.
There are two different software I would recommend:
Mass Video Blaster ($127 one time)
or
YouTube Genius ($30 / year)

They both do the job well. MVB is a little more user friendly.
