Yea, my video views has been now 315 for 2 days, what is this?

View-counting delay is caused by YouTube for analyzing views to see what views are real and what views are fake.

Count increase will get to normal after the checking and if the views are real.

They don't remove the vedios without any reason.
IF the vedio is against youtube policies i could say yes.

They've been doing this for a bit now, just wait it out and it should be back to normal. Google is just trying to play it safe and make sure no-ones using fake views.
