but are you talking about paying sites or free sites?
paying sites will be fast (example viewet wich provides an good paying views service) but that ofcourse if you want to invest money on your video.
or are you including every site either it payed or free?

viewet clearly states at the top fo their site that their service will be shutting down in 90 days.
