How would I get someone's YT video removed?

this bug sometimes annoying and sometimes funny

I really don't get why the second comment is appearing above OP...

Flag it ruthlessly

Depends on tons of things:
Account popularity/age
How new the video is
Amount of views/likes/comments the video has
How many similar flags there are from different accounts/IPs

A lot of that is not factual, but it's my opinion from the past when I used to do YouTube marketing.

Different accounts. You can't flag the same video more than once per account.
