Can you rank youtube videos using the power of web 2.0?

has anybody seen any rankings on google for their youtube video?

What does web 2.0 have to do anything with ranking videos?

and there's a thread that teaches you how to rank vids on Google simply. Try the search feature.

because it produces baclinks to the video. and you didnt answer my question, i know how to use the stupid search function. I asked does "web 2.0 help youtube rankings" so please show me the thread that answers that question.
