There are no limits. They probably have some "spam tracker" as to how many you upload in x time though. I wouldn't doubt it.

fyi... don't put to much work into a single channel if you are "marketing" as if the account gets suspended well there you go... all gone

I agree with no limits but I also second the idea of rather spreading your videos across multiple accounts because there's no doubt you'll stumble across some ruthless flagger sooner or later...
