Well, firstly.
Original content.
Make it exciting and fresh.
Add music, edits and what not.
Sell the video to your audience, whatever target you're aiming at.
Use YouTube, but use other marketing techniques as well, such as affiliate links in the videos, etc. YouTube can be a huge base for traffic, its getting traffic to become your income, which is the thing you need to be concerned about.
