If you have problems with generating Gmail Emails for your YouTube Accounts, you can use for example: 3w.mailexpire.c0m

It generates for you trash Emails, which will forward all the emails to your Main-Email - So you don´t have to check all the Emails for each account.

i think its easier to spend 1.24$ on a .info domain (1 year ) and use it with catch-all email.

It is, but it's also easier for youtube to spot and ban your accounts!

for accounts i dont care about i do this:

noob+1@gmail.com
noob+2@gmail.com
Noob+3@gmail.com

all the emails go back to noob@gmail.com

yes its a big footprint, but its quick and it works

This technique is good for posting ads on craigslist.

You don't need to confirm your email to rate videos do you?

No you don't need confirm emails for rating, but you do need it for favorites & subscribes. Which carry alot of weight.

So if I just want ratings for my videos I can just type in any old crap for the e-mail?

You have first to login with the account, and then click on the confirmation link. Try it, and you will see
