Which is the best free user-friendly software to watermark videos? And how do people add links on their videos? I've seen some videos on YT which are clickable and when you click on it, it takes you to another website. Do these watermarking softwares also have this option?

You won't find any free software that is capable of doing this.

Option 1. Import the video into Windows movie maker and add the watermark from there (Look on youtube lots of tutorials for this).

Option 2. Use an annotation directly from youtube when you upload a video (Green or red box with your text in + It can be made clickable)

camtasia can do this, but its not free. find it on torrent sites man.
