What is a great, all round mass uploading software for youtube?

And more specifically tagging, where is a good source for tags that will make them show up in searches gaining more exposure etc. Or some tips on creating the right sort of tags.

I think it all depends on what you are uploading. Currently, I am using CPA Blaster and it is pretty solid. For the most part, the problems I do have, usually get fixed right away.. which problems arent really all that often for me. The Tv series just seems to be a tougher market now a days.

As far as tagging, check out the youtube keyword tool. That is definitely a good start to get some good tags and see how many people search for that term.
