There is a youtube account that has not been logged into now for over 2 years, the account does not belong to me, but the name of the account matches my name, and I am wanting to signup for my own account that will match my name in the url like youtube/myfirst&lastnamehere

This person dosen't even have any videos uploaded to youtube, so i can't get his account deleted by continously flagging his videos since he has none up.

And he dosen't have or dosen't check the email any longer that he used to sign up with because I've tried to contact him many times in the past but to no success.

So what other option to I have to delete his inactive account so that I can make use of a account that has my name in the url???

Can anyone here delete his account for me or tell me how to do it myself?

I hope this dosen't break any rules here, as I don't see this as anything malicious, since the account has no content and hasn't been logged into for over two years.
