I want to make several videos (10s) with different audios but the image will be the same in all of them and I want to place a floating watermark on each one of the videos.
So, practically the video will be the same only audio will change.
What software do you guys think that can do this ? In bulk if possible or manually will still be fine.

Free, fast, industrial strength, suited to batch processing, used by many professional movie studios:

http://www.ffmpeg.org/

You will need to spend some time working out how to use it, but it will solve all of your encoding and watermarking needs.

JESUS CHRIST ! ! !
Thanks man but damn... if that is the only way to do what I want to do than I'm screwed ! :crutch:

I mean, when I clicked on your link I was expecting to see something like a normal software... I don't have Linux or Ubuntu or anything like that installed and I can't understand anything that's written on that page.
I know how to work with camtasia and Video Spin Blaster and Watermark Master but they don't have the frickin' "floating" watermark option.
Please don't get me wrong ...Thank you and I appreciate you trying to help me but isn't there any app that works on windows and can do what I want ? :(

*BUMP* Someone who knows how After Effects works... can you tell me if this can be done with that software ?

why to fiddle around in complicated windows? after you find the right encoding options just save the command and re-use it changing the file names only, or create a shell script to do it for you.

It's really more simple than you think... ;) Just read the documentation, it really does help.

EDIT: and ffmpeg is a great tool, i can atest it as i use it in 2 different servers that are hosting tube sites, and i'm talking about the kind where videos are uploaded by users, not embedded from YT or whatever.

This is easily doable in Windows Movie Maker and Camtasia.

Ffmpeg is a bit too advanced for the required job.
