I have been using moyea flv converter to do it to flv vids. Just change watermark position a bit and then convert, but now I have an .avi video and I wanted to know what programs can I use to quickly make lots of copies with small changes so it will pass the dupe check in youtube.

wilts you have the video in premier, just click and drag on the time line & render. Just keep repeating until you have the amount of spin's required.
