Hi, I need a good supplier of youtube accounts. If you are one or you have one in mind please share.

Also i bought a pack of phone verified accounts a few days ago, but when i login to them i see this screen:

Are they really phone verified? What do you think?

No, I don't believe they're verified.

Hmm, tht's kinda odd then. Now that I look closer I see "(optional)" is located next to it, so maybe they are, idk. Still odd.

They might be verified. Sometimes even PVA request reverification of YT accounts after 1 or 2 months from account creation date. No problem for that as long as it is working.
 
that screenshot shown is just account recovery options...usually you will get that screen when you accessing accounts from diferrent ip's or accessing many accounts from single ip. You can input any phone number, any email address, or not input anything and just push that save button...and then you are good to go :)
