Most rated comments not in the Highest box?

I have commented on a few videos and have the most rated comment, but its not in the "Highest rated" Comment category at the top of the page. I have at least 20-30 more rates than the next person, and it not flagged or anything. this only happens on a few select videos, I don't know how to explain this. Can anybody chime in?

Are the videos your commenting on getting an abundant amount of other comments from other users? Cause if they are, it can just not be detected b/c there's so many comments, and it's only grabbing more recent higher rated comments.

Another thing that can be happening is it just didn't have time to update; it can't take a day or two I noticed.
