ok so i know what CSM is. its the content manager. im a partner on the site. it lets me see insight on my videos and earnings. what else can it do? explain to me please

You can sell partnership to others but most account got banned.
When you search in google you can find some people offering 5000$ or more for these accounts.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Artists also get a CMS to delete there content other people upload.

Besides creating other partner channels, you can also put your videos in the Content ID system. If I had full CMS, I could place my videos in the ID system and if someone manages to download my video and tries uploading it, the content ID would find a match and I could instruct YouTube to block viewing worldwide,or I could have them place ads on it and make more $$$.
Applying for a full CMS account is almost next to impossible to be approved for. That's why they are so expensive if someone sells theirs.

dude, do you also post on the official partner forum on youtube? i swear ive seen ur name their before.
also u cant partner other accounts, you can MANAGE other accounts and when u manage an account they get branding options but THEY DO NOT GET TO PUT ADS IN THERE VIDEO.

and how would i go about getting full CMS or getting "more" CMS. i currently can check my income and stats. that is all =/

Dude, you can correct someone without being insulting. I stand corrected, you can give branding options in full CMS, but I was refering to the Content ID system. If I take a video and put it in there, YouTube then asks what I want to do with it. If I want to monitize from it, I can instruct YouTube to place ads on the video and the funds go into my Adsense account. If I want the videos stats, I can get those too. If I just want to be a real prick, I can instruct YouTube to block the video worldwide.
Record companies do this when their music is used. Instead of filing a DMCA, they tell YouTube to put ads on them so they make the money. Videos can also be put into the content ID system as well.

He's right, I had this video that got thousants of views on which a big news station had copyrights and they were displaying google ads over the video. Why take the video down and earn shit when they can earn some cash while not lifting a finger.
