I currently have 15 parts from RS, part 9 is unavailable from RS as their server is down.

Are you saying you have downloaded all 16 parts from RS and there is a CRC mismatch?

I haven't downloaded from Hotfile so can't say if files OK or not

RS server finally back online and I have all 16 parts and they unzipped just fine, to reveal CD's 1, 2 and a bonus follow up webinar too.

If you have a crc error guess you need to download again.

Finally got the download sorted. I don't understand why people zip 16 files when only the 1st 3 are needed. I suppose if they need the money that badly. Anyway to the course. Not a lot of use at all. Shot in 2008, mostly out of date or stuff that I was doing anyway. They rave about tube t*oolbox. But to be honest I haven't found that to be of any particular benefit.

I can only say a big thank you to the OP for getting this. If I had had to pay nearly $500 bucks I would want to kill someone. Nothing of any use whatsoever. What is it with these people? Peddle crap and try to convince you that it is for your own good. Thank god for BHW. P.S. Any updates from anyone about 'tube toolbox' AKA piece of crap
