You will need to update to Net Framework 3.5.

Just google 'Net Framework 3.5 cnet' and it will be the first result. I dont think the ratings work anymore, just the account check.

Hm, I have Net framework 3.5 SP1 but my XP is SP2. Is that connected ?

If you have only a 20-30 accounts to check you can just put the username in youtube search box. If the accounts have any videos on them, they will show up in youtube search.

If you have 100's of accounts to check, then this method won't be effective.

So your looking for a username scanner, or an account (id : pw) checker to see if your accounts are valid.

I talked with OP over AIM and yep his program doesn't support proxies and yet it requires login to account while checking. So useless till he adds proxy support.

I guess it's called account checker but you can call it accounts scanner It shouldn't be needed to log in to see if account is valid. I'm not a coder but I guess it's pretty easy to visit account url and use some info on it to see if it is still live.
