No, youtube has changed a lot recently- A LOT. The report is not effective anymore- or it is not as it used to be. Youtube marketing has been promoted a lot recently, and in order to really make some cash out of it, you need to use other techniques.
When i have time i will write a new report called Youtube Traffic Thieves II, in which to cover all the modern time youtube tricks i use.
For those who asked, niches, hm... , i should have a damn good motivation to give away some juicy niches on youtube. Probably is not gonna happen very soon.
I already gave out that my best niche is adult-NOT ringtones.
But i also have some other niches that i can t give away.

Re: Youtube Traffic Thieves - Blackhat guide
Thanks Nick!
Not for me per se, but I know a lot of people need this info. The only thing is that because of the Pareto Principle (the 80/20 Rule), only about 20% will do what they need in order to make it work. Most will download, some will read, and even fewer will take action.
That's why I never get scared that this technique will get flustered too soon!

EDITED BY NICK FLAME
The ebook can still be downloaded from the first post, no need for a mirror.
[In other words, the ebook has been uploaded there such that members only members with a minimum reputation/number of posts have the possibility to download it. A rapidshare link makes it possible even for the guests of the forum to download the report, which is not the purpose of this report. ]

Re: Youtube Traffic Thieves - Blackhat guide
Some extra tips:
- make multiple accounts on YouTube and spread the vids among them. There's always a chance an account gets banned and this way you won't loose all your vids.
- if an account get's banned just wait a couple days. Make a new account and upload the banned vids again. I was really surprised that these vids were accepted again (and are still there). Apparently there's no real check on (exact) duplicate content.
- use a short URL for the watermark if you go for domain-parking. People have to type it in their browser so anything complicated might stop the from doing that. Buy a short domain-name or use a URL-shortening service.
Although I knew the system it was a good read Nick. Thx.

Re: Youtube Traffic Thieves - Blackhat guide
Hi BHW I’m new here and I would like to say this is an awesome site and great community…I’ve been lurking and here is my first post!
Nick...
That was a tremendously informative report that you provided absolutely free! Very generous of you...thanks a million! I must say that that report over delivers and
thoroughly answers the questions that most people would have when reading such report.
And you provide clear examples and in some cases multiple examples...awesome!
I was really intrigued when I read about the sites which pay you for your uploaded video views...I didn't even know about them. Thanks for providing the list in your report. I have a few original videos that I think may do well...comedy, and also have the rights to adult videos (my friend is a producer). I was trying to think of extra ways to monetize on them beyond what the sites will pay for them. And I wanted to have this in place prior to posting them. Here’s what I have come up with so far...
for the adult videos:
-> niche specific non-nude teaser clips
-> drive them to my domain which has more of the same niche videos
-> the niche videos on my domain will be links to the other pay per view video sites I have submitted trying to make full use of surfers coming from each site.
-> offer an up sell of the full videos via clips4sale (I already have videos uploaded there) type site
-> or use your "LEAD Generation" or zango to allow access to longer video clips (if I'm hosting the files that could turn expensive)
-> email opt-in on content page or as exit console?
for the comedy videos:
-> same kinda deal lead them to my domain with my other clips and shuffle surfers around
but I'm not sure what else I can do to monetize on comedy clips???
Is there anyone else out there that is doing something similar with the adult clips (up sell for longer clips) or is there something better that I should do with the traffic once it gets to my site. And what about comedy clip traffic...what’s best for monetizing on that?
After I try this out I'll post my results.
Oh and Nick you mentioned that you will be putting out a version 2 of this report...any idea when we can expect to see that? Now knowing the kind of quality and info you put behind your reports I would gladly pay money for it

Re: Youtube Traffic Thieves - Blackhat guide
Nice. I liked that tip about watermarking videos from beginning to end. It makes videos just a little bit harder to steal and also it shows your url from the first second just in case some surfers decide not to watch the entire video or if the video freezes etc..
I yanked my vids and watermarked them thoroughly.
Good stuff. I need to re-read it again.

Re: Youtube Traffic Thieves - Blackhat guide
so I tried this out and here are my stats to share...I followed everything in Nick's Ebook.
1 Video adult orientated 28,000 views (20,000 in first 2 days)
2,000 hits to my url
50 hits to my adult web cam sponsor
1 conversion
after 1 week
Traffic was just directed to a simple page with 1 full page ad...very minimal and non-aggressive marketing. So now time for me to tweak things out and make some $$$.
Thanks Nick!

Just curious... Are you sending it to your web page? I would just watermark the vid with a url that redirects to your cam sponsor affil link. namecheap offers domain names for cheap, url redirects, and whois guard to mask your info.
