This seems awful pricey. But I guess if you get the video up enough views eventually it will turn into real viewers

I don't think its a DDoS, its overloaded because the views have increased to like 1000 per day the last 3 days. Its a little calmer now at 500-600. But its good to see the software has more potential.

Well they are in the process of getting a new server so that may be what is making the views increase. If this starts adding 1k views each and every day its gonna be awesome.

So are people still having problems logging in? is it currently working correctly? how often do you have difficulties due to server load, etc?

I only had a problem logging in the day I posted in this thread.

It is working perfectly since then.

Bought but haven't received download link or anything yet, I noticed his forum is down as well. Will wait for him, looking promising.
Do you think I am missing something? Is there anything I need to do after buying to receive software?

The guy who runs YT JS is very on the ball bmatthews, if you haven't got the software yet will be along shortly.

He's a very good guy and a very good software developer. I hope you enjoy using YouTube jumpstart as it's proven invaluable to me. I've gained over 10,000 viewers on a couple of my videos in little under two weeks and it has undoubtedly boosted my marketing.

Steve.

Has anyone experienced a video added not getting into the system? I had one the other day that for whatever reason didn't get any views after I added it but all the ones before and after worked just fine. I emailed him and he fixed the problem so I give a lot of credit for the programmer's fast response. I know it takes a while to get in the system but I just had another case of a video entered but not getting views after a few days.

Note, I'm not complaining or trying to be negative because the guy behind jumpstart
is great and I am pleased with the product. I'm just asking if anyone else has had this happen to them? I'm guessing it has something to do with getting a new server but I honestly don't know why every now and then a video seems to slip through the crack.

Can someone explain the difference between the 2 packages?

Example the first one states upto 4 videos daily...is that 4 NEW videos per day or altogether?

And for second package it states 25 videos...again is that 25 videos each day including previous added videos or a total of 25 videos at any given time?

The 25 package is for just 25 videos, no more. You can't remove them and add new ones, I asked this before I purchased my package.

4 videos means that you can add 4 fresh videos on a daily basis. Your other videos will remain on their server so they will not be removed at all. I currently have 28 videos on the server and it's going up day by day.

But you should check this out while you can (this is what I got):

Code:
http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-special-offers-forum/187445-jumpstart-increase-your-youtube-views-1-click-only-product-youll-need-dominate-yt.html
With it you get 2 fresh videos everyday uploaded to it without losing your old ones, just like the 4 videos per day, for the one off price on there of, I think, $90, with no recurring monthly fees. I jumped at it when I saw it. And it's proved vital to me so far.

I'm a bit worried that YT could drop the hammer on this. Last week some of you noticed a big jump in views (1000+ a day). Well, go to insights, look at the viewers per day graph and check unique viewers. You will see that YTJS was fine and then there is a period where all views are coming from the same viewer. At least thats what my insights is telling me.

Same here but its the same thing on all my videos; even the ones that aren't promoted on JS so I'm thinking its an insight problem and not JS...

Yeah, what I'm thinking with the unique viewers (I'm assuming you mean right at the end of the graph) is that YouTube doesn't update very quickly, because if you go back to the insight a couple of days later, you'll notice no drop.

No, as long as you don't delete your video from Jumpstart it will get more views on a daily basis, forever.

That being said, does anyone else notice that more and more videos get stuck at 300ish views when using Jumpstart?

I still think JS may have been shut down. The person in this thread stated this morning that a top 100 video is stuck. notice the count they posted. the video is now 30,000 + views ahead of his count. it IS NOT stuck.

chakde, as for making money off this, I'd say the real usefulness comes in just getting your video ranked higher than normal. Its really good if you don't have a lot of subscribers that would watch your new videos normally.

None of the JS traffic is targeted so don't expect any clicks off that but with time once you start building real views, that is where you can make some money. YT isn't as easy to make a buck with as the good old days but if you have a good video with the right keywords, you can at least make a little something off of this and a product like JS will pay for itself.

untargeted video views = traffic. traffic = rank and placement. rank and placement = exposure. rank and placement + SEO/SMO = targeted exposure. target exposure = targeted traffic. targeted traffic = MONEY.

No JS has been disabled pretty much since the 20th. A few views have slipped through but it's pretty much a done deal.

some people were trying to post thread on youtube stating all videos were frozen and then positng the the threads here but that just wasnt the case.

There was a one day period on the 20th - 21st where vid views slowed for all videos. This was when youtube was making the changes that knocked out JumpStart and many of the other traffic services that were working.

SO what is that means? JS not working anymore, YT WON the battle?

JS going to refund the money?

There was a one day period on the 20th - 21st where vid views slowed for all videos. This was when youtube was making the changes that knocked out JumpStart and many of the other traffic services that were working.
Insight is clearly fucked up. I wouldn't say JS is done for until YT is actually operating normally. This drop in uniques clearly shows that view numbers are inaccurate and ALL my videos are like this. Not just JS promoted ones.

I think its way too soon to announce that JS is done. YT is having loads of issues so its hard for Peter to get JS working right with all the bugs on you tube.

JS is working absolutely fine for me. Plus I put some other people's videos into it as a service in my business and their videos are getting views fine too.

Youtube is corrupted, whole 2010 for youtube means - counter outages, site outages, dissapearing comments, stuck inbox messages... Every month! Dont blame single views source, its youtube wide problem

YouTube is not corrupted, they're just not stupid. A video with 99% traffic from "Other/Viral" is too obvious. So I think eventually they'll just stop counting "Other/Viral" traffic all together. It's going to be 02/25/09 all over again.

I agreed, they have all the resources to trace and lock all JS down if they want to.

Yes, they are smart...

Uh that's the dumbest thing ever said. YouTube is corrupted, Insight is fucked up as proven above and they cannot do shit about Other/Viral traffic because it can NEVER be verified. The more they fuck around with their counter, the more it will hurt them because viral views on any video consist of (on average) 30% of total video views. How is a video suppose to go "viral" then if they disable that entire function?

JS always sends unique IP views so tearing that system apart will not be easy.

Believe me. I am as pained over this as anyone. But I often hear people talk about how youtube is only hurting themselves. That simply isn't true. YT made record 'revenue' in 2009. HOWEVER, they lost 450 million dollars.

Their revenue was over 250 million. Their operating costs minus bandwidth was around 250 million. 450 million went to bandwidth. Next year, due to the changes they have made by front facing paid content, going to better advertising plans, etc. they will clear over 300 million revenue.

And because of their anti-spam measures along with the fact they are practically HIDING non-paid user generated content with their new format, bandwidth will costs will actually drop.

BUT I STILL MISS THE OLD DAYS!!!!!
