Is there a websitesoftware that uploads Youtube videos like 50 in a bulk?

I am not talking about uploading videos all at once for other video sites like Metacafe, Yaho, Dailymotion etc

I mean uploading one by one in Youtube, you upload in 1 bulk of many videos instead of 1 by 1.

The reason I ask for that is becasue when I went to Youtube, I saw this guy who uploaded 50 videos and the gap between was like 1 minute or less which is impossible becasue usually uploading a video in Youtube (even for a small file and copying the description etc) would take a few minutes or even longer if the server is slow, so I am suspecting this guy is using some kind of software or something

If anyone can let me know there is this kind of software would be appreciated

If I'm not mistaken I think you can do this with tubemogul.com. It's a free website, you don't have to pay anything.

does anyone know of a package that will download your entire account worth of content from youtube, tags descriptions and titles and then re upload to another account the replicate a good account. ????

You can t upload the exact some video twice, youtube will reject it as duplicate content, so no, such program does not exist.
