I mean is there a software or a program that lets you see or have a list what the most keywords people have been searching over the past 1 month or 1 year etc from the highest to the lowest in Youtube?

I don't know, but if there isn't, there should be. I'll bet one of the programming gurus here could come up with it (and probably make a decent buck on it too!).
