are there any methods working for creating accounts without sms verification?

how many accounts can you verify with 1 phone number

I'm wondering if there is a way too. Before I would only get prompted that if there was another account logged on from the same IP, but now I get prompted to verify the account each time.

I think only none soft blocked IP are Eligible for none Sms Verification. i have tried packetflip and i was not able to get YT without sms verification.

Yea, packetflip was the 1st thing I tried for YT and it was utter failblog. My guess is, use a voip provider and get a block of numbers to try to get some accts. or the good old publich phone booth driving method may work.

i second that.
i have 30 packetflip proxies and they were probable used to many times in the past for yt account creation.
i guess yt has some policy like 10 accounts per one ip and then phone verification
