ok whats the best program that:
-scrapes videos by keyword or tag
-uploads in mass numbers 1-1000
-also changes and rotates accounts with proxies


just tell me the program price and url

Its just frustrating to find a decent human uploader that is reliable and affordable.

for $189 not worth it unless i got a coupon code if you can find one of those id buy it id rather put that money toward something like godcpa or xrumer

This can be done via the YouTube API for free, if you are familiar with programming, it will take you only an hour or two to put a program together that will get the data you need.

Again, this can be done via the API.

Someone could get a programmer to create a program to do this and share the solution with fellow black hat world member, for say $20 each??
