Okay,
I've been able to call the Yahoo SM customer support line quite often in the past month. But now, it seems like they are no long taking calls from people personally....but making you do everything through email. They have a recorded message now that says that you have to email them through there support link.
Sucks!!!
I've been waiting over 3 days now for my $100 credit to show up in my account. Talk about SLOW!!
