Has anyone been able to open an adcenter account with a VCC recently?

I've tried a few different cards from entropay but they don't work.

which error are you getting with entropay..

1. adcenter does not accept the vcc during registration
you get the message "pls contact billing or your bank..."

2. ur account is activated only to be shut down after an hour or so.
you will get the message "pls contact support....."
