Hey guys I just went to bing and clicked on "advertise" at the bottom and it said "spending more than $2k a month?" Does that mean that $2k is now the minimum required to advertise?

A few years ago I was spending over 2k a month at yahoo and they hooked me up with a direct phone number to speak with a "gold member" representative. I had them on speed dial and could get live campaign help in about three rings. The service was especially helpful when challenging key word reviews. I am sure this is what the link you saw has to do with, a priority customer service rep for those spending a little more.

You don't need anything to start. If you spend more than $2k per month, you get better customer service.
