Does somebody sell a VCC for Bing Yahoo Adcenter that works?

I don't want to set up the account and get the account disabled in hours...

or a maybe a VCC for adwords. But I feel they'll ban me right away.

i hv run VCC on MSN and Adwords.

this was required after my accounts got banned.

did your adcenter account get closed after a few hours running a VCC.

my vcc have always banned! I have no idea why!!(

most VCC work after adcenter account approved.

getting approval at start is the hard part.
