Any legal issues using VCC with Adcenter

Hello,
I'm giving adwords ads with vouchers. I'm using my own bank's virtual credit cards but all of these vccs has my own identity. Do you think I can have a problem by doing that? Actually getting banned is not so important but do you think I may have legal problems. By the way I live in Turkey..

Does anyone know any VCC websites that I can use for adCenter?

I've tried a few from Entropay with no luck.
