anyone seeing dramtic declines? I have been talkign to support and they 100 percent useless, I have been through budget, keywords, relavancy, and each one gives you a different story

I see on the adcetner message board there are a few people with the same issue so I assume I am not an isolated incident....

Did you use the "ad preview tool" to see if your ads are still serving?

No where is that at, I have done a search and they dont show up

You can use the live chat feature to get help, but you might have to go through a few people to get good advice.

Also, if you have a low quality landing page, they penalize your entire account. The faster you delete it, the faster your clicks come back.

I'm assuming that your impressions are zero as well. If you're impressions are the same, then I'm not sure what the issue is.


if you read Redtide's thread on successful PPC campaigns he suggests multiple accounts. Although I'm super close, I still haven't made a lot, but Redtide's advice of creating multiple accounts helped a lot. When one quality score hurt one account, I moved the good campaigns to the good account, then got on live chat and had the old one reset (which took a few days). This let me try and optimize my campaigns without stopping. Then I have the third account that is extremely dialed in.
