But on .. searchmarketing.yahoo.com - it doesnt say anthing about Microsoft.

All I want to know is, if I use Microsoft Adcenter to advertise for me, will it also show up on Yahoo! search?

Yes. When you set up your campaign in adcenter, you can select to run it on MS or both (MS & Yahoo) but not on yahoo alone.

As the above post mentions with Adcenter you can choose for bot networks to show up, if you have a campaign with Yahoo it will just show your ad at Yahoo.
