Today i was checking my adcenter account and I noticed that I have no impression on my campaigns. I contacted support and they told me that my account has been affected by QBR because of the quality of my landing page and relevance of the keywords/ads.

How can I fix this issue?

What I call the "triangle" of relevance between a LP, adcopy and keywords is a huge aspect to all of the PPC networks, Adenter included. I don't have much to go off of based on your original post, but it sounds like you may have dumped too many keywords into your adgroups, don't have a privacy policy, terms of use, or contact us page on your LP and/or may not have used your keywords enough - or at all on your LP.

Here is what I can tell you. I had a campaign up and running no problem. Using only 5 keywords everything was smooth. I decided to add about 10 more keywords into the mix. That's when it got shut down. Contacted support, it was due to the keywords not being relevant to the landing page. So, take it for what you will, but I'd stick with just a few keywords per landing page and don't expand if that's working.
