How do you track PHP redirects when using PPC?
Couldn't quite find the answer, so thought someone PPC savvy might have the answer.
How do you track a PHP redirect using ppc? Mainly, how can you track which keywords, time of day etc. I'm kinda new to the tracking side of things using php redirects with ppc and looking for best solution
If I can track this data, using php redirects, then can get a better idea of which keywords brought sales by matching time of day of sale with keywords at that time.
I know there are many scripts to track, as far as landing pages go, setting up conversion tracking on merchants pages etc., but how to specifically track from a php redirect is where im still searching.
Does prosper202 or tracking202 do this? Do they track it through a newly generated url on their end, that forwards to my php and relays data to data base?
Also, if it does do the job, is there a work around for installing using hostgator, heard there were some problems with shared hosting etc.
Any help greatly appreciated, as tracking is vital part to success.
Thanks!

Prosper 202 is the way to go. You will not be able to host your prosper on Hostgator. You will be able to add {{keyword}} to the end of the generated link. Great tool.

Yeah, I was looking for something that actually logged the keywords for me as they came through ppc clicks, and time stamped them so I could get an idea of what keywords brought sales.
If I understand what your saying about prosper202, is that I have to make each url with keyword ID, if I have hundreds of keywords going, that could be some serious work times however many campaigns I have going.
Does anyone know of a script or something that will generate a single url to track a php redirect?

Each keyword does not need its own link. Just add {{keyword}} at the end of the link. it will report the keywords used by the potential clients

I see, is there anything similar I can use with hostgator that you know of cereal killer? Or that doesn't require hosting on my side, and won't jack campaigns ?

Ive used prosper 202 with hostgator no problem. I used it with PPV and if it can handle that I dont see why it cant handle PPC.
Just buy a .info for a dollar or 2, install 202 and youre good to go.

P202 works just fine with HG. Their support will enable the <whateveritwasmodule needed to run p202> in a second for ya.
