Yes, they do allow direct linking. I'm doing so right now and doing pretty well.

I'm direct linking right now myself. I'm bidding 10 cents, but my average cpc is 8 cents positions 1-2.

you can direct link, but i have had experience with adult dating sites and bing liked me to set up a landing page and then link to the offer

What about redirects ? I know some CPA networks seem to redirect your affiliate url to the merchant. Are redirects allowed on bing ?

Yes,

Redirects are allowed on Bing. We all do it.

they allow it and then after a while they lock up account, which is same as ban

un-associated, but can I earn from associated content if am not a us citizen as long as i don't surpass the $500 threshold?
